Every year looking for new sponsors can be an large task for one person to tackle. This year we are asking everyone to participate by giving these letters to potential sponsors that you may know in the community and take some time to help keep our club going!
Dear Friends,
Hello and Happy New Year from the Mission Horse Club! As spring is just around the corner, we are busy getting our show schedule ready for our 2012 Show Season. We are excited for all the things to come; now we just need some good weather!
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to safe, family orientated, horse related activities. Our club is made up of many devoted volunteers who take pride in our chosen sport. We have many upcoming events that the whole family can enjoy and spectators are always free!
At this time, we are asking for support of our club with a donation towards this years annual Sponsorship Drive. Caring individuals and businesses such as yourself make it possible for us to keep producing quality horse shows that are affordable to all members of the horse community and most importantly our younger riders. Some of the ways your donation is help is to provide year-end awards for riders, upkeep and maintenance of show grounds, allow us to provide learning opportunities for all ages of riders.
